Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the « T&Cs ») are issued by the micro-enterprise MADEMOISELLE MANDY, with registered office located at 11 allée des Cornouillers, 77420 Champs-sur-Marne, France, registered under number 848 181 913 00015, represented by Ms. Mandy THORIN, reachable by phone at +33 6 98 79 05 71 and by email at contact@mandydorian.com (hereinafter referred to as « MANDY DORIAN »).

MANDY DORIAN provides beauty-related services including makeup and hairstyling, as further described in Article 1 (hereinafter the « Services »), to any person wishing to benefit from them (hereinafter the « Client »).

The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the terms and conditions under which the Services are provided, as well as the rights and obligations of MANDY DORIAN and the Client (together, the « Parties »).

Any order of Services and acceptance of the corresponding quotation implies full, irrevocable acceptance of these T&Cs The contractual relationship between the Parties consists of these T&Cs, their appendices, and the accepted quotation, which together form the binding contract (hereinafter the « Contract »).

Article 1 - Services

MANDY DORIAN offers the following Services :

1.1 Weddings

ALL-INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE
FULL DAY EXPERIENCE
BRIDAL HAIR & MAKEUP – TRIAL AND WEDDING
HAIR AND MAKEUP WEDDING / PHOTOSHOOT

These Services may include hair and/or makeup services for one or more guests on the event day. The price of any additional guest services will be specified in the quotation.

Bridal trials (hereinafter the « Trials ») take place at: 8 allée Émile Roux, 77420 Champs-sur-Marne, France, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.

When multiple Trials are included, they will be conducted on the same day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hair and makeup Trials are performed on the same day.

Any request to reschedule a Trial must be submitted by email to contact@mandydorian.com no later than eight (8) days before the scheduled date.

If the Client cancels or fails to attend a Trial less than eight (8) days before the date, no refund will be issued; the Trial remains due and the deposit will be retained by MANDY DORIAN.

If MANDY DORIAN is required to cancel a Trial and no alternative date can be arranged prior to the wedding, the Service will be cancelled and the related deposit refunded.

If the Client cancels the wedding Service after one or more Trials have been completed, the deposit and Trial fees will remain non-refundable.

After the legal withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days, the Client remains liable for the full amount of the signed quotation. No reduction of Services or price will be accepted.

Article 2 - Booking Process

To book a Service, the Client must contact MANDY DORIAN by email at contact@mandydorian.com, specifying :

the type of Service requested;
the desired date.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

A quotation will be issued based on the information provided. The quotation is valid for fifteen (15) days.

The date is secured only upon receipt of the signed quotation and the deposit.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Prices are fixed and non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel, transportation, accommodation, and any additional expenses required to perform the Services are at the Client’s expense and will be specified in the quotation.

Article 4 - Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total price is required upon acceptance of the quotation. The booking is confirmed only once the signed quotation and deposit have been received.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Wedding Services:

50% upon signing the quotation
25% on the Trial date
25% no later than five (5) days before the wedding

Photoshoots / Other Events:

50% upon signing
50% prior to the start of the Service

Payments are made by bank transfer or cash.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has fourteen (14) days from acceptance of the quotation to exercise their right of withdrawal.

If the Service begins before the end of this period, the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 6 - Cancellation & Postponement

In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable.

A postponement may be agreed within a maximum of six (6) months, subject to availability. Beyond this period, a new quotation will be required.

Article 7 - Force Majeure

Force majeure refers to any unforeseeable event beyond the control of the Parties, as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, theft, or damage to equipment.

Article 8 - Obligations of the Parties

Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide suitable, clean, and well-lit conditions and all information necessary for the proper performance of the Service.

MANDY DORIAN Obligations

MANDY DORIAN undertakes to perform the Services in accordance with professional standards, subject to an obligation of means only.

Article 9 - Image Rights

Unless expressly refused in writing, the Client authorizes MANDY DORIAN to use photographs taken during the Service for communication and promotional purposes.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, visuals) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 - Amendments

MANDY DORIAN reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of booking.

Article 12 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
